Moving Company

Built a custom WordPress website for The Rite Move from scratch using a custom theme. The project was developed with PHP, HTML, and CSS, with ACF used to map custom fields directly into the theme code and page templates.

Scope

WordPress Developer / Custom Theme Developer

The Rite Move needed a professional moving company website that could present its services, service areas, customer reviews, quote CTAs, and business information in a clean and conversion-focused way. The website had to support multiple moving service pages while keeping the frontend fast, structured, and easy to manage.

Instead of relying on a page builder, I built the website from scratch using a custom WordPress theme. The frontend was developed with PHP, HTML, and CSS, giving the site a more controlled structure and allowing the templates to be tailored specifically to the business needs.

I used ACF to create and manage custom fields for the site content, then mapped those fields directly into the custom theme templates. This allowed the website sections to stay dynamic and editable from the WordPress backend while keeping the frontend code clean and organized. Content such as hero sections, service details, CTA blocks, testimonials, FAQs, location content, and business information could be managed through custom fields instead of being hardcoded.

The final result is a custom-coded WordPress website with a tailored theme, dynamic ACF-powered templates, and a structured backend that supports service pages, quote-driven content, and future content updates.
