Scope

Web Developer / Website Designer

Audien Hearing needed a refreshed website experience that could better support its product lineup, brand messaging, and ecommerce goals. The site had to clearly present multiple hearing aid models, explain product differences, build trust with customers, and guide visitors toward choosing the right hearing solution.

I rebuilt and redesigned the website with a focus on creating a cleaner, more polished, and more conversion-friendly user experience. The homepage was structured to highlight key products, customer benefits, product comparisons, guarantees, testimonials, FAQs, and strong call-to-action sections. This helped make the shopping journey easier for users who may be comparing hearing aid options for the first time.

A major part of the work involved improving how products were presented across the site. Sections were designed to make product features, prices, guarantees, and benefits easier to scan. The website also included trust-building elements such as customer reviews, risk-free trial messaging, support highlights, and comparison content to help users feel more confident before purchasing.

The redesign also focused on responsive layouts, ensuring the website looked clean and functioned well across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. The final result is a more polished ecommerce website that supports product discovery, customer education, and online sales.
